My practice has been in Austin since 1987. I serve all areas of Texas and most licensed professionals who have complaint or investigation issues with their respective Boards.

I am conveniently located to most professional licensure boards, which are based in Austin.

With the exception of required hearings, all communication and consultations can be conducted via telephone, fax, and even email.

In most complaint, investigation, or temporary suspension cases, it won't be necessary for me to accrue expenses related to travel. Consequently, I pass that savings along to my clients.

My practice is focused on representing licensed Texas professionals before their respective boards.

I have extensive case litigation at the State Office of Administrative Hearings

I have handled more than three-hundred Professional Board cases regarding complaints, investigations, and temporary suspensions.

Common Mistakes Made When Receiving Notice:

Attempt to deal directly with his or her respective licensure board.
Believe that he or she will be treated fairly.
Postpone seeking assistance from an experienced attorney until the discipline process has advanced and the prospect of serious consequences loom.
Speaking with Board investigators as they would a confidante or support colleague.
